How does billing work?
The first active public document is free. Additional capacity is sold in blocks of 10 active documents for 30 days.
What counts as an active document?
Each active public PDF variant counts as one document. Private, paused, expired or replaced versions do not count.
What analytics do you provide?
Opens, full reads, time per page, average time and CTA clicks plus device, browser and geo breakdowns.
Is analytics updated in real time?
Analytics is near real-time. Most events appear within one to two minutes.
How can I control access?
Set an expiry, add a PDF password, disable downloads or revoke public access. A shared password does not verify a reader's identity.
Can I keep the same link?
Yes. Each document slot has a stable public link you can reuse.
Can I password protect a document?
Yes. Add a PDF password during upload and share it with your readers.
Do you support teams?
No. Each account has one owner today, with no shared workspace, roles or folders.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry for up to 7 days. Links pause and uploads are blocked until payment is fixed.
