How does billing work?
First active public document is free. Additional usage is billed monthly per block of active public documents.
What counts as an active document?
A public link that is not paused and not expired. Paused or expired links do not count.
What analytics do you provide?
Opens, full reads, time per page, average time and CTA clicks plus device, browser and geo breakdowns.
Is analytics updated in real time?
Analytics is near real-time. Most events appear within one to two minutes.
Where are documents stored?
PDFs are stored in R2 and streamed with range requests.
Can I keep the same link?
Yes. Each document slot has a stable public link you can reuse.
Can I password protect a document?
Yes. Add a PDF password during upload and share it with your readers.
Do you support teams?
Not yet. Each workspace has a single owner for now. Team access is on the roadmap.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry for up to 7 days. Links pause and uploads are blocked until payment is fixed.
